Pictured here is one S-Sheet (subject sheet) from the Up coming High School V Planner. V Planner 3 will have a similar S-Sheet. The two most important changes to the S-Sheets are:

  1. 3 Columns for Plans
  2. Management controls (Date system and Number system) that send lesson plans to planners are all moved to the left side of the page

Those who are familiar with the V Planner might wonder how the 2nd and 3rd plan columns will show on the planners.

Each planner will have a control for each subject that will allow you to show or hide any one of the columns.

The screenshot above shows the row of lesson plans for Algebra and to the right, the controls that show or hide the columns.
The screenshot below shows column 2 is hidden. At the control, h2 is selected. H2 refers to Hide Column 2. The effect is shown in the first planner cell which is the only cell that had content in column 2.

Edited to add final notes on the 3 columns -

  1. Columns 2 and 3 are “attached” to column 1. That means columns 2 and 3 may not be shifted with either system to appear on a different day.
  2. Columns 2 or 3 may be used for teacher’s notes, and if a certain column is used for teacher’s notes, be consistent and always use the same column. This precaution is avoid confusion when setting up a planner that will be used for only teacher’s notes.

(February) I’m still working on both V Planner 3 and High School V Planner. I hope to have them finished in a few weeks or, at the latest, sometime in June.
